Many in our fast paced society believe that lack of symptoms means health and wellness. Others ignore daily aches and pains as "normal" either due to lack of a solution or by depending on the "quick fix" appeal of medicine.

Symptoms of any kind. (aches, pains, numbness, digestive problems etc.) are how our body tells us that something is not working right. They happen when our body can not cope with stress (one or more of the categories above) and is attempting to adapt / compensate.

When everything is functioning properly our body stays in a state of balance or "homeostasis" and handles stress with no symptoms. That is where chiropractic care, along with proper lifestyle factors (nutrition, rest, exercise, healthy relationships etc.) is invaluable.

Chiropractic care optimizes joint movement, delays or prevents wear and tear (arthritis), and makes injury less likely.
